What we collect

When you email us or schedule a call, we receive what you send: your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message. That is the only personal information this site is designed to collect.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs, including IP addresses and request data, for security and operations. We do not currently run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, to run the engagement if we work together, and to keep basic records of who we have spoken with. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking, and we do not share your information with third parties except the service providers that operate our email and scheduling.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate page usage: which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and how the site performs. It is configured for measurement, not cross-site advertising. You can block it with standard browser tools and the site works identically.

Retention and your choices

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the relationship and then deleted on request. Email hello@holmbylane.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will do so within 30 days unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
